Consideration and possible action on the Policy Committee meeting minutes for January 2 nd and January 17th, 2008.5. Consideration and possible action to approve a Resolution of Support recognizing Richard F. (“Ric”) Williamson for his years of public service to the State of Texas and on the Texas Transportation Commission. RES. 2008-04 6. Consideration and possible action to approve an amendment to the 2008-2011 Transportation Improvement Program. Formal Approval requested 7. Enter into Closed Executive Session, in accordance with Federal Highway Administration directive, to discuss and provide direction on the Rail Relocation Environmental Overview document. 8. Adjourn Upon request, the Bryan-College Station Metropolitan Planning Organization will make every effort to provide auxiliary aids and services, such as interpreters for the deaf and hearing impaired, readers, large print of Braille documents to those who qualify as a disabled individual under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
