Meetings & Agendas 2008 Schedule of Policy Committee Meetings

The MPO will endeavor to post meeting agendas and notices as soon as dates and times are confirmed. At a minimum, and in accordance with MPO procedure, the agenda will be posted and available one week prior to the meeting. Upon request, the Bryan-College Station Metropolitan Planning Organization will make every effort to provide auxiliary aids and services, such as interpreters for the deaf and hearing impaired, readers, large print of Braille documents to those who qualify as a disabled individual under the Americans with Disabilities Act. The MPO office must receive notification by mail, telephone, or RELAY TEXAS (1-800-735-2989) for such services at least three days prior to the meeting.
